TNT Tango Orchestra transforms iconic songs from rock, pop, cinema, musicals and global music into powerful Argentine tango arrangements. Born in New York, recorded in Paris, with the soul of Buenos Aires — TNT opens a new chapter for tango music in the world.
This is not traditional tango. This is not a cover band. This is a new musical universe where world classics enter a completely different world — familiar and unknown at the same time.

TNT Tango Orchestra was born from one question: what would happen if the greatest songs in the world were reborn as Argentine tango? Not as simple covers. Not as nostalgic versions. But as full tango recreations with orchestral drama, bandoneon, rhythm, tension and cinematic emotion.
The songs feel familiar and unknown at the same time. You recognize them — but you experience them from another world.

TNT is designed as a global orchestra project. The goal is to create TNT ensembles in different countries — bringing together exceptional musicians who perform the TNT repertoire under one artistic identity.
AWAKEN is the first album by TNT Tango Orchestra. It was imagined in New York, recorded in Paris, and inspired by the emotional universe of Buenos Aires.
AWAKEN is not a tribute album. It is a transformation. Each track becomes a new story: darker, deeper, more dramatic, more cinematic, more tango.
AWAKEN represents the beginning of TNT. It is the awakening of a new orchestra, a new sound, and a new way of bringing tango to the world. It is also a call to the audience: wake up to tango in a way you have never heard before.

We are looking for outstanding musicians, arrangers, producers and cultural partners who believe in the future of tango as a global language. TNT is open to international collaborations with musicians capable of bringing this repertoire to life at the highest level.
Luis Ramirez and Analía Carreño are Argentine tango artists, choreographers, directors and cultural creators with an international career in tango performance, teaching and production.
Together, they conceived TNT as a new way to bring Argentine tango to the world — not by repeating the past, but by transforming global music through the soul of tango. Their vision is to build TNT as an orchestra, an album, a show and eventually a worldwide artistic movement.
The idea was born in New York. The album was recorded in Paris. The soul comes from Buenos Aires.
Pablo Gignoli is the musical director and arranger of AWAKEN. His work gives TNT its musical architecture — the transformation of world classics into tango arrangements with depth, power, elegance and emotional precision.
Every track on AWAKEN passed through Pablo's vision: a world where the familiar becomes new, where rock, cinema and pop find new life in the language of Argentine tango.
